The Development Fund (DF) is committed to the fight against hunger and poverty. Its vision is of a sustainable and equitable world. DF supports small farmers to stand stronger when climate change brings extreme weather and difficult conditions for cultivation. Every year, DF reaches out to half a million people in Africa, Asia and Central America. The Development Fund’s main goal in Malawi is to support small-scale farmers to achieve and sustain food security. This is done by combining sustainable farming, livestock and entrepreneurship and promoting agriculture policies that benefits poor farmers.
